اشواګانده د عضلاتو لپاره
اشواګانده ترټولو غوره بوټي دي چې د عضلاتو د ډله په زیاتولو سره د عضلاتو وده 600 ځله ډیروي. د عضلاتو لاسته راوړلو لپاره د اشواګنډا پاؤډ اکثرا د ورزشکارانو او ورزشکارانو لخوا د دوی د فعالیت ښه کولو لپاره کارول کیږي. اشواګانده په خپل وړاندیز شوي دوز کې هم د بدن غوړ کموي چې تاسو سره د روښانتیا او روغتیا احساس کولو کې مرسته کوي. هره ورځ 500 ملی ګرامه اشواګانده پاؤډر د عضلاتو وده او د بدن جوړونې لپاره وړاندیز شوی خوراک دی. په هرصورت، دا به لږترلږه 30 ورځې وخت ونیسي چې اشواګانده ستاسو په عضلاتو کار پیل کړي.
