Never give up, while doing exercise. You will never get instant result physically (e.g. losing abdominal fats), But physiologically you will gain many benefits as below:

پژوهشگران استرالیایی با بررسی وضعیت ۱۱٬۰۰۰ زن می‌گویند زنان می‌توانند با شروع ورزش در دهه ۴۰ یا ۵۰ زندگی، زمان را به عقب بازگردانند. زنانی که در این مطالعه برنامه حداقل ۱۵۰ دقیقه ورزش هفتگی را برای ۱۵ سال حفظ کردند، از زنانی که چنین نکردند نمرات سلامتی بالاتری داشتند.

آخرین بررسی شرکت‌کنندگان نشان داد که زنانی که پیش از دهه ۵۰ ورزش نمی‌کردند، در آزمون‌های فیزیکی عملکرد تقریباً مشابهی با گروهی که پیش از میانسالی نیز مرتب ورزش می‌کردند داشتند. آن‌ها توانستند سلامت فیزیکی خود را به‌خوبی تا ۷۰ سالگی حفظ کنند.
