برنامه آموزشی اپیدیمیولوژی ساحوی افغانستان در اواخر سال 2018 به تعقیب هماهنگی بین وزارت صحت عامه افغانستان، مرکز کنترول و وقایه از امراض ایالات متحده امریکا (CDC) و شبکه صحت عامه مدیترانه شرقی (EMPHNET) تاسیس شد. این برنامه زیر چتر انستیتیوت ملی صحت عامه افغانستان فعالیت نموده و ظرفیت کارمندان صحی کشور را از طریق ورکشاپ های آموزشی داخل-خدمت و فعالیت های عملی در ساحه بلند می برد. از بدو تاسیس الی

اکنون، FETP افغانستان 4 کوهورت را با 106 فارغ التحصیل که در بخش های مختلف سیستم صحت کار می کنند، با موفقیت تکمیل کرده است. این فارغ التحصیلان سهم قابل توجهی را در بهبود سیستم صحی کشور از طریق شناسانی و تحقیق در مورد تهدیدات صحی مشمول طغیان های امراض ساری، سرویلانس امراض، پاسخگویی به حالات عاجل، تحقیق، مفاهمه علمی، و جمع آوری و استفاده از ارقام صحت عامه جهت تصمیم گیری، ایفا نموده اند. بر اساس سطوح معیاری FETP در جهان (ابتدایی Frontline، متوسط Intermediate، و عالی Advanced) چهار کوهورت ختم شده و یک کوهورتی که فعلاً جریان دارد متوسط هستند و برنامه AFETP در تلاش است تا برنامه ابتدایی یا Frontline را نیز در کشور تاسیس کند...

Afghanistan Field Epidemiology Training Program was established in late 2018 following the coordination between the Afghanistan Ministry of Public Health, Center for Diseases Control and Prevention of the US, and Eastern Mediterranean Public Health Network (EMPHNET). This program functions under the umbrella of Afghanistan National Public Health Institute and builds the capacity of Afghan healthcare workers through in-service training workshops and field activities. The program has successfully completed 4 intermediate cohorts with 106 graduates who work in different areas of health sector. These graduates have contributed to the betterment of health system tremendously by identifying and detecting health threats including outbreaks of infectious diseases, surveillance of diseases, responding to emergencies, research, scientific communication, and collection and use of public health data for decision-making. Based on the three tiers of FETP, four previous cohorts and the current cohort are intermediate FETPs, and AFETP is planning to launch Frontline FETP as well in the coming future…

More than ten years after the establishment of the NFELTP and given rapidly evolving global health events and priorities, the programme has been refocused as the Nigeria Field Epidemiology Training Programme (NFETP). Join us in congratulating the Nigeria FETP! NFETP achieved reaccreditation for its advanced programme and accreditation for its intermediate programme.

با تاسف و تألم، درگذشت داکتر نصیب الله نور فارغ کوهورت چهارم FETP متوسط و سرویلانس آفیسر ولایت خوست را برای خانواده و بازماندگان مرحوم تسلیت عرض می کنیم...

ایشان از کارمندان دلسوز و زحمتکش سیستم صحی کشور بوده و در راستای کسب دانش و استفاده مؤثر از آن همیشه تلاش می ورزیدند. روح مرحوم شاد و جنت الفردوس ماوای شان باد!
