Sinusitis.
Sinusitis. The inflammation of the mucous membranes (the walls 🙄) that line the sinuses. Thick secretion and stuffiness of the nose🤧, as well as facial pain are what people mostly experience.
Some may have fever🤒, headaches, poor sense of smell👃, sore throat, and a cough🗣. The cough is often worse at night😵. So your miserable😖, sleepy and can't focus at work🧟♀️🧟.
What's next?🤔
1. Grab a bowl of hot steaming water (this emoji does not exist). Hold your head directly above it and use a towel to cover your head and the bowl. Breath in and out. That's V***r Inhalation😲. Please 😐do not burn yourself.
2. Saline nasal spray. Helps to wash all the yuk away.
2. In some cases Antibiotics are needed but you can only get that with a prescription from that Awesome Doctor👨⚕️.
3. Antihistamines. This is used to cut the allergic reaction that may be the trigger for sinusitis. This can be found in cough syrups that are sold over the counter.
Rest assured you will gain some relief once you follow these steps, and if non to minimal relief is achieved. Call 727-2658 to book an appointment.✍️
