Today, we want to shine a light on Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and Bipolar Disorder. These two conditions are often confused due to their names and overlapping symptoms, but they are distinct disorders.

Bipolar disorder, formerly known as manic-depressive disorder, is characterized by extreme mood swings that can last for weeks or months.
