Paramount Pharmacy We've been around for over 25 years. We have two Branch locations- the Water Swamp or Main Branch and the Lower South Hill Branch in Hughes Medical Centre.

We strive to provide the people of Anguilla with the best possible care and service in pharmaceuticals - the best in Over the Counter and Prescribed medications for an affordable price and reliable effectiveness. This provides you the customers with convenience for those who live in that area and also less hassle to get your prescribed drugs after your visit at HMC. Really in need of that diabetes, blood pressure or other medication and we are closed? Feel free to call us at 497 2366 or 235 2366 and we will try to provide you with non-work hour service. If you take a medication that is not offered in our regular stock, speak to our managing Pharmacist Gracemae Richardson-Carty and she'll do her best to attain it for you. Paramount Pharmacy, Water Swamp will be closing early on Wednesday July 5, 2023 at 4:00 pm.

Both locations at Water Swamp & at Hughes Medical Centre will be closed all day on Thursday July 6, 2023.

Normal working hours will resume on Friday July 7, 2023 at 9:00 am.

Management wishes to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
