Pregnancy is a beautiful and joyous time for women and families, which can also be tiring, uncomfortable, and frightening.

Finding time for herself, and a space to feel empowered and at peace can be a challenge. Connecting to breath, and centering the body and mind can bring about a sense of balance and control from within. Yoga and breathwork aim to do bring alignment and unity.

For those who are interested in claiming a special space for yourself and your babies, please contact me at the studio. We will meet beginning the second week of September.

I began making rugs out of recycled materials last fall. Its been a surprisingly therapeutic expression of creativity, as well as a test of patience. I am thankful I worked past the tedious steps without giving up.

A personal challenge overcome❣

I've discovered that these rugs are very comfortable. I use mine for floor exercise, breathwork, and prayer.
