Soul School has held innerdance sessions in Thailand, Indonesia, Germany, Spain, Albania, Turkey, Canada, USA, UAE & Oman. Now adding to this list is Sri Lanka 🇱🇰.

We are so excited to be coming to this beautiful island for our session on Friday, April 28th at 8pm. Please message to reserve your spot.

Soul School is coming to Weligama, Sri Lanka to host an innerdance session this weekend.

Innerdance is a meditation experience like no other. There are no rules and nothing to do. We simply lie down, close our eyes, and allow our mind to relax.

When we connect to the music, sounds, vibrations, and resonance, we awaken the wisdom within. From here, we access a space of flow, creativity and healing.

As a facilitator, I am here to support your journey as you move past blockages and self limiting beliefs. I hold a space of allowance, compassion, and freedom of expression.

The next innerdance session will be a journey back to the womb. Aligned with the upcoming New Moon in February, it is a perfect time to journey in the depths of your memory, before you came into this plane. This New Moon is a great portal for rebirth.

Innerdance is a healing and awakening experience that helps bring us home to the heart. The healing is made easier when we come together as a group to release, relax and let go. This is the essence of comm-unity.

To innerdance is to bring balance to the divinity within, to balance the energies of masculine focus and feminine flow. To innerdance is to embrace your potential, to allow your self to be inspired and learn to live in the moment.

Welcome and thank you for reading my bio,

I am Lira, Intuitive Energy Healer & Manifestation Coach.

Intuitive Counsellor, Tarot Readings, Innerdance, Reiki practitioner, Lover and Teacher of Law of Attraction.

For the last ten years I have practiced many meditative and spiritual modalities, I now have names for many of the things I used to do intuitively before life happened and I began my healing journey. In healing myself, my inner child, my shadow self, my physical body, my womb and menstural cycle, I have gained the knowledge, experience and tools to help others heal themselves.

I was born in Albania, raised in Canada, and spent a decade living a nomadic life, traveling to 65 countries so far. Initially I studied child developmental psychology in attempt to understand my own inner experiences. Then my world travels began by spending three years working on cruise ships.

After this I was a teacher for many years, while creating curriculums based on social, emotional and cultural aspects of education. During this time I changed bases living as an expat in several countries between Europe and Asia.

During my nomadic life a health condition resurfaced and when Western medicine failed me, I turned to alternative and holistic healing. This is how I began to remember who I am. I began to restore my connection to the source within, Maat, Guan Yin and the Divine Sacred Mother Energy that now flows through me.

My passion for this work drives me to help others reconnect to womb wisdom, the sacral centre and the divine feminine, what ever form that takes for them.

I am not one thing, one career or one nationality, I am a citizen of the world, or even otherworldly, here to be part of the shift in human consciousness that is happening and will continue to happen. I am here to pour my heart and soul into Soul School, this creation that was birthed to support and restore the divine feminine connection in ourselves, in our communities and the world.
