💡 Workshop-i EPIC-Entrepreneurial Citizenship for Social Change i rradhës vazhdoi me energjinë dhe kreativitetin e TË RINJVE!

Këtë herë pilotuam Paketën e Mjeteve për të Rinjtë mbi Sipërmarrjen Sociale, duke vënë në qendër platformën digjitale inovative të zhvilluar në kuadër të projektit. 🌍

Të rinjtë patën mundësinë ta eksploronin, të testonin modulet e saj dhe të mësonin më shumë mbi zhvillimin e një ideje biznesi, menaxhimin, marketingun dhe qëndrueshmërinë — duke ndarë njëkohësisht ide e sugjerime të vlefshme për përmirësimin e platformës. 💬✨

Aktivitetet në kuadër të projektit tonë EEntrepreneurial Citizenship for Social Changevazhdojnë me ritme të shpejta! 🚀

Gjatë muajit Tetor, zhvilluam një workshop me PUNONJËSIT RINORË, ku pilotuam Paketën e Mjeteve për Punonjësit Rinorë mbi Sipërmarrjen Sociale 💡

Pjesëmarrësit 𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗷𝗼𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗶 𝘁𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗷𝗮, u njohën me metodologjitë dhe mjetet e zhvilluara nga partnerët ndërkombëtarë, eksploruan një 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗷𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲, dhe ndane opinione dhe sugjerime per permiresimin e saj 🌍

💥 The EPIC experience continues!

This September, People in Focus brought together young people for a two-day workshop on Social Entrepreneurship. 🌿

Through engaging discussions and hands-on exercises, participants discovered how creativity, leadership, and emotional intelligence can spark meaningful change in their communities. ✨

The activity took place within the Entrepreneurial Citizenship for Social Change, co-funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ programme.

🌍 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀!

In October, People in Focus had the pleasure to take part in the 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗜𝗩𝗢𝗧 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁, held in Paris 🇫🇷. It is a long-standing initiative proving that youth drive real change and that every voice matters. 💬

The conference explored key themes shaping youth engagement across Europe, including:
🌱 Youth participation and civic engagement in the EU
🌍 Inclusion of young refugees and migrants
🤝 Involving young people with fewer opportunities

From inspiring panel discussions and a modern cultural interlude, the event celebrated youth, inclusion, and collaboration.

𝘖𝘶𝘳 𝘗𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘍𝘰𝘤𝘶𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 also shared insights from Albania, emphasizing the importance of creating support structures that empower young people to take on leadership roles. 💪

People in Focus proudly showcased the EU-funded project Virtual Reality in VET (VRinVET) at the Future2Tech Fair 2025 in Tirana — an inspiring event bringing together educators, innovators, and institutions shaping the digital future of education, employment and other industries.

🎮 Through immersive VR demonstrations, VRinVET presented how Virtual Reality can transform vocational education, making learning more engaging, inclusive, and hands-on.

🤝 Together the Albanian institutions — AKPA — joined forces to empower the next generation with skills for the future.

The Shine: Shaping the Future of Europe
Project partners met in Timișoara, Romania, in early October 2025 for the project’s second transnational meeting.

The two-day event provided an opportunity to assess progress, exchange creative ideas for a democracy-themed board game, and plan upcoming training activities at both international and local levels.

It was a productive and inspiring moment of collaboration towards our shared mission: empowering young people to actively engage in democratic life across Europe. 💡🤝

The SHINE project is funded by the European Commission under the Erasmus+ Programme.

In Tirana, 26 partners from 16 European countries united to advance a sustainable Mediterranean.

Over two dynamic days, the consortium reviewed progress, shared insights, and set the course for future innovation in tackling water and soil pollution.

🤝 Together for cleaner waters, stronger communities, and a thriving Mediterranean.
