The primary goals of dysphagia intervention are to:

*Support adequate nutrition and hydration and return to oral intake (including incorporating the patient’s dietary preferences and consulting with family members/caregivers to ensure that the patient’s daily living activities are being considered);
*Develop the optimum supports (e.g., posture, or assistance) to reduce patient and caregiver burden while maximizing the patient’s quality of life; and
*Develop a treatment plan to improve the safety and efficiency of the swallow.

Te gjithe i njohim edhe i kemi pare nga afer mjetet ndihmese logopedike . Shpesh here sa ndihmese behen edhe problem me poshte ne keshillojme :

1- Sigurohuni te kene materjal cilesor lehtesisht te dezinfektueshem , pasi behen shkak per bartje dhe percjellje te mikroorganizmave patogjene ne organizem.
2- Dorezat - sygjerohet materiali pa puder .
3-„ Brushes“ furcat bukofaciale padiskutim duhet te jene „1 perdorim „
Materjali sfungjeror qe kane eshte lehtesisht i kontaminieshem .
4- Spirometri edhe tubat e tij te jene te zevendesueshem .
5- Zevendesoni speech tools here pas here me ushtrime te lira qe pacienti juaj mos te jete ne nivel pasiv te te ushtruarit .
