ℹ Առաջիկա օրերին մեր էջում կներկայացնենք «CSOs4SLD2. ՔՀԿ-ները հանուն կայուն տեղական զարգացման (դրամաշնորհների կառավարում)» ծրագրի շրջանակում իրականացվող ենթադրամաշնորհային ծրագրերի նախորդ ամիսների արդյունքների և առաջիկա անելիքների մասին։
📌Հիշեցնենք, որ ծրագիրն իրականացվում է «Քաղաքացիական հասարակության հզորացում Արևելյան գործընկերության երկրներում» ծրագրի ներքո, որն իրականացվում է GIZ-ի կողմից՝ Գերմանիայի կառավարության և Եվրոպական միության ֆինանսավորմամբ:
↪️ Մեր դրամաշնորհառուներից է «Լուսաստղ» ՀԿ-ն, որն իրականացնում է «Մասնակցիր, ներառվի՛ր» ծրագիրը, որի նպատակն է նպաստել Լոռու մարզի հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երիտասարդների ներգրավվածությանը համայնքային որոշումների կայացման գործընթացներում՝ կարողությունների զարգացման, ինչպես նաև համայնքային բյուջեների հասանելիության ու պարզեցման միջոցով:
✅ Լոռու մարզի տարբեր բնակավայրերից հաշմանդամություն ունեցող 20 երիտասարդներ, եռօրյա դասընթացի միջոցով հնարավորություն ունեցան զարգացնելու իրենց գիտելիքներն ու վերլուծական հմտությունները համայնքային բյուջեների, ՏԻՄ-երի աշխատանքի և մասնակցային մեխանիզմների վերաբերյալ: Նրանք ծանոթացան թե ինչպես է աշխատում համայնքը, սովորեցին ինչպես կարդալ բյուջե, ինչ հարցեր վեր հանեն, ինչպիսի առաջարկներ ձևակերպեն: Նրանք նաև մենթորների օգնությամբ հետազոտեցին համայնքային բյուջեները , պարզեցնելով 5 համայնքների բյուջեներ: Ներկայումս նրանք բարելավելով իրենց կարողությունները տարբեր հարցումներ են ուղարկել համայնքապետարաններ, այսպիսով իրենց ձայնը հասցնելով համայնքի ղեկավարներին ու ավագանուն՝ ներկայացնելով իրենց վերլուծած առաջարկները։ Եվ դա մեծ քայլ է իրենց համար, համայնքի համար, իսկ ամենակարևորը՝ մասնակցության մշակույթի ձևավորման համար։
🔹 Ծրագրի ավարտին նախատեսվում է պարզեցված բյուջեները նաև մասնակիցների կողմից վեր հանված առաջարկությունները ներկայացնել հանրությանը՝ պանելային քննարկման ձևաչափով:

In the coming days, we will present on our page the results of the past months and the upcoming activities of the sub-grant projects implemented within the framework of the “CSOs4SLD2: CSOs for sustainable local development (Grant administration)” project.
Let us remind you that the CSOs4SLD2 project is implemented under the “Strengthening Civil Society in the Eastern Partnership Countries” programme, carried out by GIZ with funding from the German Government and the European Union.
One of our sub-grantees is the “Lusastgh” NGO, which is implementing the “Participate, Be Involved” project. The initiative aims to enhance the participation of young people with disabilities in community decision-making processes in the Lori region by strengthening their capacities and improving the accessibility and simplification of community budgets.
20 young people with disabilities from various settlements of the Lori region had the opportunity to strengthen their knowledge and analytical skills on community budgets, local self-government operations, and participatory mechanisms during a three-day training. They learned how communities function, how to read and interpret a budget, what key questions to raise, and how to formulate evidence-based proposals.
With support from mentors, the participants also conducted research on community budgets and simplified the budgets of five communities. Now, equipped with improved skills, they have submitted multiple inquiries to community municipalities, made their voices heard by community leaders and the council of elders. The proposals with suggestions will also be presented to the attention of the council of elders.
Really, this is a significant step forward both for them and for their communities, and most importantly, for strengthening a culture of participation.
At the conclusion of the program, the simplified budgets and the participants’ recommendations will be presented to the public in a panel discussion format.
