Ideally, when our thought process is arranged in such a way that we see only good and positive things in any life situations and perceive life in a favorable light for ourselves.
For a person with this kind of thinking, any thing that happens is a starting point, not an end.
What is the essence of positive thinking?
Positive thinking - this is not rose-colored glasses. Thinking positively - does not mean to rejoice, for example, betrayal. It means to take it, draw conclusions and go on in life, conquering new heights, but not digging inside, trying to understand what is the fault, and why life is so unfair.
Positive thinking is expressed not only in our thoughts, but also in sp*ech when communicating with others.
For example, see the difference: "I have it bad, I was fired from my job" and "I have a new life begins, I have long wanted to change my job, and now I have the opportunity"?
To think positively, you have to be able to direct your thoughts in a positive direction. Even when it hurts and is bad. Every situation has two sides of the coin. And it's up to us to decide which side to choose.
Yes, shifting our focus from bad to good is always difficult. But it is possible! And it is necessary!

What are the negative things that depress you or get in your way? Try to articulate them in a positive way.
For example, your car broke down. You have the option of walking around and saying how bad it is. Or you can look at the situation from a different angle - the breakdown means that the car will have new parts, it will be upgraded and it will be faster. And so you no longer look at the situation bleakly. It is positive for you.
