Fertilization consists specifically in a series of procedures that we relate here:
- Stimulation of the donor of oocytes or eventually of the intended mother in case that she has enough ovarian reserve capacity.
- Collection of the s***m and processing and freezing of it.
- Puncturing of the donor and extraction of the oocytes to be fertilized.
- In Vitro Fertilization of the collected oocytes, most often using the ICSI procedure, in which one s***matozoid is picked up by the embryologist according to morphology, mobility, appearance and other factors and injected into one oocyte. The process is repeated with all the remaining oocytes.
- Cultivation of the newly created embryos and posterior freezing or implantation in the uterus of the surrogate mother or of the intended mother. All the procedures herein mentioned are found in almost every IVF Treatment Process with some small variations as for example suing the PICSI procedure instead of ICSI and the performing of additional tests like the MAR test and the PGD test, the last one used for genetic diagnosis and s*x selection. 📌Traditionally, embryo quality and development is assessed visually🧐: after fertilisation of the oocytes, the embryologist observes and classifies the embryos using a high-resolution microscope and a special contrast.
📌On the first day it is necessary to first assess the effectiveness of fertilization.
📌 On the second and third day of development the embryos will split - the subsequent cell division of the embryo.
📌The embryos that are transferred will be identified according to their quality: A-B-C-D, where A is the best quality embryo and D is an unsatisfactory embryo
📌 From day 4 onwards there is a change in the shape of the embryo in addition to the cell division: first the embryo compacts, the cell surface becomes smooth, this is the morula stage.
📌The blastocyst, an embryo ready for implantation into the uterine wall, is formed on day 5-6.
🧐The classification developed for the blastocyst is more complex than for the earlier embryos.
📌The selection of a quality embryo is a complex task, and the more advanced techniques and analysis tools are available to the embryologist in the clinic, the more likely it is that this selection will be the most accurate.
🧐More recently, embryologists have been able to monitor embryonic development almost continuously, thanks to new time-lapse microscopy technology.
🧐A special device is placed in the incubator where the embryos develop, which photographs the embryos at specific intervals and stores the images. As a result, the embryologist receives a kind of film 🎥about the development of each embryo.
📌If a couple is at risk of transmitting hereditary diseases, or if there is an increased risk of genetic anomalies during fertilisation and embryo development, not only the quality (external characteristics) of the embryos must be assessed, but also their genetic material must be analysed. In such cases, preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) 🧬is performed in addition to visual assessment.

😊Some of the benefits of music in the labor and delivery suite that complement anesthesia are that is speeds up labor and decreases the amount of pain.

➡️1) The quality of services should be good! And we are not talking now about the super-equipment in the clinic, because this does not guarantee the result! The most important is human source! You need to work with the best reproductologist, the best embryologist, the best coordinator and the best lawyer. Thank’s God we have all of them in our Team🙂
➡️2) The process should start as soon as possible! You should not wait too long to have your baby, because you are already waiting for too long time! With our agency you will not wait for new transfer or to search new surrogate for half of year, we will do everything as fast as we can. Moreover, we write in our contract about maximum waiting time that is not more than 3 months between transfers. Almost none of the operating agencies in Georgia, Ukraine, Armenia or Russia indicate this in the official contract😎
➡️3) The price of surrogacy program cannot be too cheap, because in this case you will either have too long waiting time either the quality of services will be bad. Imagine that your surrogate mother will be not appropriate or staff in the agency is not experienced or you cannot receive answer for your e-mail few weeks😱.
