Today I worked with the young boxers of CFG Gym. 🥊
In boxing, strength alone is not enough — true victory requires focus and proper breathing.
That’s why I introduced them to QiGong exercises, which:
✔️ Improve endurance
✔️ Support faster recovery after intense training
✔️ Strengthen focus and self-confidence

Through my A.M. Shiatsu Physio method, athletes not only grow physically stronger, but also become more balanced and prepared for new victories. 💪✨
