Grateful to take a break from winging on my 2.5M Duotone Wing and give my arms a rest. Decided instead to drive the Oregon Scenic Highway just east of Mosier. Spectacular views and a look at The Gorge on fire! Hoping the fire stays clear of the town.

Today was challenging, but I am proud to have taken care of myself despite the emotional storm I faced. With years of practice and experience, I have learned to recognize and address my needs. Tonight, I am exhausted yet proud of my ability to navigate rough weather. Loving oneself is essential!

It’s a wrap! Just finished my annual pilgrimage to produce the 2024 O'pen Skiff - USA Un-Regatta video. It is a marathon of filming and editing that I grateful to be a part of. Nevin Sayre has developed a style of racing that is all about creating passionate athletes by incorporating aspects of modern action sports into established sailboat racing. The event is more about having fun, making friends and fostering a love for sailing. Hosted by the Augusta Sailing Club in beautiful north Georgia.
