READ ABOUT IT HERE:
SP6 COMPLETE Left-side PATCH AND THE HYPOTHALAMUS
What does my hypothalamus do?
One of the major functions of the hypothalamus is to maintain homeostasis, i.e. to keep the human body in a stable, constant condition.
The hypothalamus responds to a variety of signals from the internal and external environment including body temperature, hunger, feelings of being full up after eating, blood pressure and levels of hormones in the circulation. It also responds to stress and controls our daily bodily rhythms such as the night-time secretion of melatonin from the pineal gland and the changes in cortisol (the stress hormone) and body temperature over a 24-hour period. The hypothalamus collects and combines this information and puts changes in place to correct any imbalances.
Why hypothalamus is called Master of master gland?
The hypothalamus is the master switchboard. It's the part of the brain that controls the endocrine system. That pea-sized structure hanging below it is the pituitary gland. It's called the master gland because it regulates the activity of the glands

What hormones does the hypothalamus produce?
The hormones produced in the hypothalamus are corticotrophin-releasing hormone, dopamine, growth hormone-releasing hormone, somatostatin, gonadotrophin-releasing hormone and thyrotrophin-releasing hormone.
What emotions does the hypothalamus control?
The hypothalamus also plays an important role in emotion. Lateral parts of the hypothalamus are involved in emotions such as pleasure and rage, while the median part is associated with aversion, displeasure, and a tendency to uncontrollable and loud laughing.
How does the hypothalamus affect behavior?
This hormone controls many important behaviors and emotions, such as s*xual arousal, trust, recognition, and maternal behavior. It's also involved in some functions of the reproductive system, such as childbirth and lactation.
Does the hypothalamus control motivation?
The central role of the hypothalamus in motivated behaviour was proposed as early as 1954 by Eliot Stellar who suggested that โthe amount of motivated behaviour is a direct function of the amount of activity in certain excitatory centres of the hypothalamusโ
What could go wrong with my hypothalamus?
Hypothalamic function can be affected by head trauma, brain tumours, infection, surgery, radiation and significant weight loss. It can lead to disorders of energy balance and thermoregulation, disorganised body rhythms, (insomnia) and symptoms of pituitary deficiency due to loss of hypothalamic control. Pituitary deficiency (hypopituitarism) ultimately causes a deficiency of hormones produced by the go**ds, adrenal cortex and thyroid gland, as well as loss of growth hormone.
Lack of anti-diuretic hormone production by the hypothalamus causes diabetes insipidus. In this condition the kidneys are unable to reabsorb water, which leads to excessive production of dilute urine and very large amounts of drinking.
HOW DO YOU BALANCE YOUR HYPOTHALAMUS?
LIFEWAVE SP6 COMPLETE PATCH was designed to balance the HYPOTHALAMUS by sending a signal to the brain using the body's own light energy to activate the patch.
Studies on the SP6 patch worn daily over a period of 1 week produced a highly significant improvement in physiologic functional status of the liver, pancreas, right and left kidneys with an average statistical power > 97% and a very significant improvement in the functional status of the thyroid, intestines and hypothalamus with an average power> 87% and a significant improvement in the adrenal glands with an average statistical power > 75%. Stated differently all organs, except the pituitary gland achieved significant cellular physiologic functional status improvement compared to baseline with a statistical power> 89%.
The SP6 patch is marketed as the WEIGHT LOSS patch. But is is used for addictions, cravings, digestion, hormone balancing and much more because of its effect on the hypothalamus via accessing the acupuncture points below.
