Now living on the beautiful Island Bonaire. When I started taking yoga lessons, I immediately fell in love. Years later, experiencing the benefits and the change in my personal growth, I decided to take a teacher training and share this passion of mine with others. I believe that yoga not only brings health. It makes the world a better place. With this knowledge and the passion I have for Yoga, I would like to inspire people and give them support in their personal growth. Working on the health of our body, opening and calming the mind and trying to connect with our true self.

About Dushi Yoga Bonaire

The place to be for relaxation. Yoga studio in the centre of Bonaire. Accessible for everybody. From regular yoga practitioners, to beginners. Big or small, male or female, old or young, active or lazy, healthy or not, there is no competition or judgement. During the yoga classes, you will be guided in a practice focusing only on your own personal development, discovering your own body and connecting to yourself. Ending the practice with complete relaxation, finding calmness and leaving the studio with new positive energy.

If you want to extend your savasana (final relaxation), book a massage. Among other benefits this massage improves blood circulation and helps with detoxification. Calms nerves and promotes deeper and better sleep.

All other services offered at the studio have the same goal. Taking care of yourself and your body, finding balance and self-awareness. Ever tried a bellydance class? A perfect way to get in touch with your body and feminine side. Practicing bellydance has a huge effect on your physical and mental wellbeing. We always leave the practice with a big smile and satisfaction, looking forward to the next practice.
