To answer Dr Kruse’s question: YES!
I’m sure you’re all wondering where I’ve been and what I’ve been up to the past 2.5 months. Well, the past version of me wasn’t enough.

I’ve had health problems since childhood. Some years were better than others but most of the time I’ve not been as well as I’d hoped. When I discovered Dr Kruse’s work in the spring of 2023 and began implementing just ONE of his circadian rhythm support techniques, my health improved exponentially. No drugs. No supplements. No manual therapy treatments of any kind. Just the sunrise.

Every few months I added more of his recommendations and saw almost instantaneous results and the most amazing thing was I could truly test them by not doing what he suggested and noticing it’s impact on my quality of life.
I was fortunate because I worked from home so I could adjust my business hours around this new schedule which prioritized the sun’s rise and set, the light and dark schedule of nature.

2 years later, I came to a plateau and my health was getting worse even though my results from those years were significant. As Dr Kruse advised us (his members) in a zoom call last summer, if I want to see better results I need to move from a D- environment to an A+ one.
November 2025, I put my money where my mouth was and took a leap without wings.
I’ve been living in an environment that has a stable light cycle, a fabulous magnetic resonance and access to the ocean.

By the time I left on New Year’s Day, most of my significant health issues that have been plaguing me since adolescence were completely healed. 2 months. Consistent circadian health practices in a low nnEMF environment allows oneself to do what our bodies are supposed to do daily. HEAL.
