hallenging and feel overwhelming. In order to help my patients develop a healthy emotional identity which will allow them to see the advantages of an international life and experience such diversity in a positive, constructive manner, I employ different techniques, theories, tools, and practices. All of these strategies guarantee that my patients will make the adaptation process successful. Family and Parent Orientation are also two areas I work with frequently, often giving workshops to parents seeking counseling and support for dealing with adolescents, setting adequate limits and boundaries with their children, sexual education, and helping them to develop active communication methods to better interact with their children.
