Feedback that means the world 🌍

I will be forever curious about the art of balancing the physical/ mental/ spiritual body through nutrition, excercise, massage, our environment, sexual connection and relationships.

Connection through touch is so important to bring longevity, care and flow into the body. By (re)learning the art of massage I am able to unblock energy channels, melt away tension and bring harmony and awareness back into the body.

I’m currently studying Tao, and one of my favourite quotes from this philosophy is:

“Whatever is flexible and flowing will tend to grow, whatever is rigid and blocked will wither and die”
- Tao Te Ching

It’s really as simple as that. Do things that make you light, soft and supple. The body is our only real home, take some steps to care for yours.

Here is a little video of me (aka RachyFlows aka Rachael aka 1/2 white island therapies) trying to catch a very complicated eight-angle pose.

I know you see fancy things about yoga on the Internet - (you might think this post is fancy) - and it may fascinate or repulse you 😆
Either is ok, because it catches your attention and you’re here now...

But please know that the fancy asanas (postures) are literally one grain of sand on the vast beach of yoga. It’s actually far from a real representation of the true ideology of yoga.

I started my serious practice about three years ago, and since then have seen my body and mind and life flower.

We are White Island Therapies 🌴

Rachael and Fer 👋

We are both travellers and music and dance lovers. We love people and conversations about life.

Fer is Argentino, he is the founder and CEO of Thm Masajes LaPlata - he is a fully qualified physiotherapist/massage therapist and has treated thousands of patients across the world. I am Rachael - a yoga teacher and massage therapist from the UK, with a background working in spinal surgery.
We met in Guatemala and after many travels and brainstorms together we founded 🌴

The name is inspired by the magical island of Ibiza. We are so lucky to live and practice here right now ✨🙏🏼

We are currently doing a pop-up in Yorkshire and will be here for one more week. After that we will be back in Ibiza offering professional therapeutic / massage / yoga sessions from July until October.
