My love for prenatal yoga began during my first pregnancy ten years ago. It became a space to connect with other women from all walks of life — some expecting, some simply curious about pregnancy, and others seeking a gentle, mindful practice.
I lead these classes with the intention of creating a safe, supportive space where women can share, connect, and grow together — building a sense of community along the way.
Each class is guided by three pillars: Ritual, Rhythm, and Relaxation — principles that I believe are essential to nurture throughout pregnancy, labour, and everyday life on and off the mat.
