ALERTA SOBRE EL USO DE CORTICOIDES:
Un estudio de reciente publicacion.Informa que se ha constatado que aun tratamientos cortos con corticoides (3 a 5 dias y hasta 30 dias) Podrian producir complicaciones, dentro de los 30 dias de su administracion.Como fracturas, trombosis y eventos gastricos.
Se sugiere por ello, balancear costos/ beneficios y administrar solamente que los beneficios sean ineludibles y necesario enfrentar la posibilidad de eventos adversos.
