Oh Instagram.
I struggle.

But I just wanted to tell y’all that Liza’s Yoga is flowing again.
I would love to see you come dust off your mat with me!

Let’s do this together, let’s start from the beginning, let’s try it out, stretch it out and feel it.
Let’s leave whatever is going on on the outside, right there where it belongs and let’s join together on our mats.

I’ll be starting on the 5/10/200 at at 19.00 and I’m old fashion in that I like the 90 minutes flows. (If you need to leave earlier, that’s okay, we’ll figure something out)

Just come and try it out!

It’s an on going process that really only comes to full complete, at the very moment we sit on to our mats and get ready to breathe, move and be.

Yoga season is starting up again!
I’ll be teaching Tuesday mornings and Wednesday evenings at the in Pinsdorf.

We start off with a “schnuppernwoche“ from the 5/10, where you can signup and try out any of our classes for free!
The following week is then regular schedule time! (With some changes due to Corona)

Hej,hej!

So to keep that summer feeling in my heart all year around, I have the pleasure of partnering up with .yoga and my lovely friend Jessie! She has worked hard on creating these wonderful mats and towels for us!
Of course I was attracted to one of the more colorful travel towels : BRIGHT YELLOW! ☀️However there are so many mats and towels full of smiles over at www.happyhippie.yoga that I am pretty sure there is something there for everyone!
