Oh Instagram.
I struggle.

But I just wanted to tell y’all that Liza’s Yoga is flowing again.
I would love to see you come dust off your mat with me!

Let’s do this together, let’s start from the beginning, let’s try it out, stretch it out and feel it.
Let’s leave whatever is going on on the outside, right there where it belongs and let’s join together on our mats.

I’ll be starting on the 5/10/200 at at 19.00 and I’m old fashion in that I like the 90 minutes flows. (If you need to leave earlier, that’s okay, we’ll figure something out)

Just come and try it out!
