* green salad with tomatoes, avocado, onion, green celery and mozarella (+chilli oil & virgin olive oil)
* 130 gram of protein paste (beens, curry, dried tomatoes, celery, onion, carrot) with small piece of beet root and zucchini pastete
* 2 hard boiled eggs and some polish root-veggie salad with mayo (but only 2 table spoons)
* macadamia nuts
