Meet Irene ✨
Irene’s path brings together decades of movement, artistic expression, social work, and healing practices.
From dance and performance art to psychodrama coaching, Taiji, Qi Gong, and yoga, her work has always been rooted in a deep curiosity about the body, human experience, and the quiet intelligence we carry within us.
Her own healing journey eventually led her more deeply into yoga and Qi Gong — practices that became both support and transformation.

Her Qi Gong classes focus on gentle, repetitive movements and mindful breathing practices that help cultivate energy, improve circulation, and calm the nervous system.
