Good morning my dears,
How are you all doing out there? It's been a very intense week for me with my body and its' idiosyncrasies and it's been a big week emotionally, with some big recognitions, realisations and releases.
Nervous system regulation doesn't mean calm. It means we learn to ride the waves better. It means FEELING it all. And sometimes that's very uncomfortable, but when we work with it and let the emotions move through us, be fully seen, felt, accepted, then they can release.
