A merry and happy christmas to all of you. May you be bright and soft, may your days be filled with love and joy. May you eat all the good you wish and practice yoga when you have space and time. May you feel happiness and have no bad conscience. May you be warm from the inside and the out.

The days short, the practice inward. You do it for you. Find yourself a moment every day. No matter how long or intense. No fancy yoga clothes necessary. Play around or just lay around. At least do it on your mat. The rest will follow. Where you go, there you’ ll be. It’s the thing that keeps us sane in the intensity of this season and these holidays. Thank me in spring.
