In Yin Embodied, we create space for stillness, subtle awareness, and structural insight – grounded in curiosity and compassion.
The 100-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training in two modules invites you into the deeper layers of the practice – physical, energetic, and methodological.

Choose juicy deep stretches over rigid practices. Stretching as a full body yawn. Beyond our limits. Move. Expand.
Focus on opening the sides of the body and the inner thigh area, this is where the liver and gall bladder meridians run. The liver and gallbladder represent the wood element and govern spring. They are the organs of vision, direction and courage.

SWEET SPOT steht für Retreats, Workshops und Trainings. Veranstaltet von Michael Freißmuth aka Coach Mike und Birgit Pelzmann. Wir sind Lehrer*in, Host, Trainer*in, Bodyreader und Bodyworker. Wir kreieren einen Rahmen in dem du dich zurückziehen, erholen, neu kalibrieren, stärken und ausprobieren kannst.
Birgit Pelzmann
Yoga ist für Birgit ein Werkzeug um verinnerlichte und verkörperte, persönliche, gesellschaftliche und kulturelle Muster zu erkennen. Eine konsequente Yogapraxis ist heilsam, ist harte Arbeit und dann wieder spielerisch und leicht, ist magisch, oftmals ein Kampf und gleichzeitig eine Liebesbeziehung, ein Tanz. Es ist ein Weg, der über die Arbeit mit Körper, Atem und Geist zu Empowerment und mehr Selbstbestimmung führt.
Viele Jahre als Kuratorin und Produzentin im Kunst und Kulturbereich tätig, widmet sie sich nun ganz ihrer Leidenschaft für Yoga als Lehrerin, Workshopleiterin und Organisatorin und Host von Yogaretreats. Birgits Unterricht ist inspiriert von Nevine Michaans Katonah Yoga und integriert Elemente aus Hatha, Kundalini, Vinyasa, Katonah und Yin Yoga, Yogatherapie und Faszienarbeit. Sie unterrichtet achtsame, kraftvoll fließende Vinyasa Einheiten sowie meditative Yin und Restorative Klassen, die alle Sinne miteinbeziehen, und arbeitet individuell in therapeutischen Einzelsettings. Sie liebt Hands-on Adjustments und Nuad, Kunst, Soundbäder, Düfte und Kräuter, tanzen, Nickerchen, schaut gerne Sport und bekocht ihre Liebsten gerne „familystyle“.
Michael Freißmuth aka Coach Mike
Coach Mike liebt Bewegung in all seinen Facetten. Seit 20 Jahren ist er als Trainer und Bodyworker tätig und gleichzeitig ewiger Schüler. Das Erforschen unterschiedlicher Bewegungsformen, das Spiel mit der Kraft, Flexibilität und Mobilität waren immer schon ein wichtiger Teil seines Lebens. Von jungen Jahren an interessiert er sich für funktionelle Anatomie und ganzheitliche Therapieformen und praktiziert regelmäßig Yoga und Zen.
Er ist Läufer, Schwimmer, Trainer, Mind- und Bodworker und Yogalehrer und alles was er weitergibt fußt auf einer ganzheitlichen Sicht auf die Dinge und einem undogmatischen, disziplinenübergreifenden Ansatz.
Coach Mikes Yogastil, ist ein Konglomerat aus Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yogatherapie, Faszien Yoga, Functional Movement und HIIT Training. Mal fließend dynamisch, mal statisch und kraftvoll..... dabei aber immer im Blickpunkt: die innere und äußere Ausrichtung.
Gemeinsam mit seinen SchülerInnen kreiert er einen Rahmen, in dem Wachstum und Transformation auf sämtlichen Ebenen ermöglicht wird.
Was nie zu kurz kommt...... Spaß und Leichtigkeit... Und ein bisschen Schwitzen darf auch sein....

SWEET SPOT stands for retreats, workshops and trainings. Hosted and organized by Michael Freißmuth aka Coach Mike and Birgit Pelzmann. We are teachers, hosts, trainers, body workers and body readers. We create space for you to retreat, recover, recalibrate, restore and explore.
Birgit Pelzmann
Yoga, for Birgit, is a tool to explore internalized and embodied, personal, social and political patterns. A consistent yoga practice means healing, means hard work, means fun. It’s magic, a struggle a lot of times, it’s a love affair, a dance. Through working with body, breath and mind, it leads to empowerment and an authentic life.
After many years working as a curator and producer in art and culture, she now dedicates her time fully to her passion for yoga, teaching classes and workshops and organizing and hosting retreats.
Birgits style of teaching is inspired by Nevine Michaan’s Katonah Yoga and integrates elements from Hatha, Vinyasa, Katonah, Kundalini and Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy and fascial work. She teaches mindful, vigorous Vinyasa as well as meditative yin-based classes and works one-on-one in therapeutic privates. She loves hands-on adjustments und Nuad, art, sound baths, scents and herbs, dancing, napping, watching sports and cooking “familystyle” for friends and family.
Michael Freißmuth aka Coach Mike Mike loves movement in all forms. He is a trainer, teacher and bodyworker for more than 20 years and at the same time always a student. Exploring movement, strength, mobility and flexibility has always been his passion in life. From an early age he was interested in functional anatomy and holistic therapy and has been practicing Yoga and Zen. He is a runner, swimmer, trainer, mind and body worker and a yoga teacher. Whatever he does and shares is based on his holistic view on things and a non-dogmatic, interdisciplinary approach.
Coach Mike integrates Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Therapy, fascial work, functional movement and HIIT training in his classes, in dynamic flows as well as static, strong holds. He is sharing his passion with a strong focus on alignment and cultivating mindfulness and awareness. Together with his students he creates space for growth and transformation on every level never missing out on fun, laughter and a little bit (or a lot) of sweat.
