Ein paar Einblicke in den Visionsnachmittag "Sensing, writing ans landing softly"

Wir haben und zwischen Wort und wortlosem Raum bewegt, geatmet, Inneres und äußeres sehen in Balance gebracht, Eindrücke und Ausdrücke gelebt, geschnipstelt, collagiert, uns mitgeteilt und zugehört. Visionen und Leitsätze fürs neue Jahr empfangen.

Das Kursjahr hat gestern mit viel Verbingung und Zuversicht begonnen.

Es geht weiter mit bewegten sowie bewegende Schreib-Räumen.

Sensing in: Morgenritual mit Yoga und Schreiben
Ab 29.1. Montags 8-9:15 CET online

Authentic Flow: Somatisches Yoga mit Schreibimpulsen
Montags 16:30-17:45

Selfcare Session: Somatisches Tanzen und Schreiben
Monatlich Dienstag 18-19:30

It has been such a pleasure to assist in the Wuo Tai Articulation Module in Brussels. Witnessing a new group diving into the world of Osteo dance was very touching and reminded me of my first encounters with Wuo Tai,
