Hi everyone, I'm Katharina, and I wanted to share a bit about my journey into becoming a yoga teacher. Surprisingly, for someone who was more inclined towards running and hitting the gym, I never thought I'd find solace in the practice. Life has a way of throwing challenges our way, and I, for one, often felt overwhelmed and struggled to adapt. Yoga, however, became my unexpected sanctuary. It hel
ped me focus, find calm amidst chaos, and navigate through the hurdles that life presented. What started as a mere curiosity soon evolved into a profound love for both on and off the mat practice. This summer marked a significant chapter in my journey. I made the decision to undergo yoga teacher training at House of Om in Bali. The choice was driven by a desire to share what had become my source of inner balance. As I embark on this new path, I'm not only sharing my learnings but also continuing to explore and deepen my own understanding of inner balance. The journey is ongoing, and I am excited about what lies ahead. Besides practicing yoga, you'll often find me indulging in my other passions. I absolutely love traveling, immersing myself in different cultures. Riding the waves while surfing or taking long walks are some of the activities that complement my yoga practice. I am grateful for the transformative power of yoga, and I look forward to sharing this journey with others, hoping to inspire and support them in finding their own balance, both on and off the mat.
