Just 3 years ago, I was a completely different person.

I was afraid to speak up, I struggled with insecurities, I suffered in relationships, and I based my happiness on everything else—except myself.

Today, I work as a Wellness Coach, and what I do feels truly magical and fully aligned with who I am... 💗

It all started after a very toxic relationship, when I moved to Austria…

With no expectations, I began practicing yoga just to calm the constant flow of negative thoughts.

That’s when I realized that body, mind, and soul are one... and only when they are in harmony, we can truly live in alignment with ourselves. ✨️

In my work, I support women through 1:1 online coaching sessions. I also lead yoga and dance classes and workshops.

My clients are women who:

》have lost touch with their feminine energy – gentleness, sensitivity, sensuality, and intuition...

》struggle with high stress, perfectionism, and lack of balance between work and rest,

》don’t feel comfortable in their own skin, dealing with low self-confidence that affects their relationships, career, and overall life satisfaction...

》are going through breakups, are single, or mothers seeking to reconnect with themselves.

I create a safe space for women to pause, truly feel themselves, and listen to their inner voice. 💝
