Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Classic Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Acro Yoga, Schwangerschafts & Baby Yoga. Das Antaratma Yoga Shala baut authentisch auf der tief im Yoga verankerten Philosophie auf, dass das Ziel (Yoga) bereits in uns ist,
und nicht durch Dogmatik und äussere Beschränkungen, sondern durch die eigene bewusste Entwicklung auf vielen Wegen hervorgebracht werden kann. Wir bieten die Umgebung (örtlich, systematisch und preislich), in der Menschen sich treffen,
um gemeinsam zu praktizieren, und in der Lehrer ihre Yoga Erfahrung weitergeben können. Sei es in täglichen Yoga Klassen, Kursen, Yoga Workshops, Events oder Teacher Trainings. Wie von selbst hat sich das Shala seit 2003 zum Drehpunkt und Angelpunkt für Yoga in Innsbruck entwickelt.

The struggle for yoga studios to re-open after 6 months lockdown is real. We believe that with the right hygiene concepts we can open safely, effectively and be able to financially survive as well. The 20 sqm/ person is unrealistic and a massive blow to the excitement of reopening.

I am optimistic that yoga is nevertheless here to stay and our voices will be heard. The light will shine through.

Some days i feel physically and mentally strong ... days when i can twist and turn and really get that to-do list done. It feels amazing, like anything is possible and the future feels bright and clear and closer to my present state than somewhere far and beyond..

These moments lift my soul and keeps me motivated on the path to wholeness.

Sometimes i have to work a little harder to feel the brightness and lightness of being; or better said i have to allow myself to surrender more to feel the playfulness and ease of life again. But it is always there ... sometimes hidden beneath the not-knowing and the waiting...

I remind myself that i create my future.... i create happiness or perpetuate fear or sadness - sometimes it may not feel like a choice, but it most definitely is.

This photo was taken many moons ago, but sometimes it feels like yesterday. My children remind me daily to stay here and in the NOW. With basic things like making their lunches for school, to bringing them to music lessons, to going biking with them and being a part of their ever growing talents and achievements.

It‘s important for me to find balance... just the right amount of teaching, rest, play, spontaneity, cooking, cleaning, and time with family and friends☘️🍀

I have become very good at noticing where im putting too much energy and where i need to perhaps focus more.

Usually autumn is very busy and now i find myself with more time on my hands. Of course there is always something i could do, yet at the moment i just love immersing myself into the autumn stillness and taking time out where possible🍂🍂🍂🍂🍁🍁

When times are tough, who or what will lift you up, carry you to safety, hold your hand, tell you everything will be ok??
and - hopefully are there, but ultimately you must do the work yourself. Being accountable for others can propel you out off your own dark space, taking action even when you feel paralyzed can too. Sitting with all the sensations can be overwhelming yet incredibly insightful; inviting the breath in offers a warm tender kiss over the whole body...
Yet sometimes i just feel like punching something or throwing something. I feel like screaming to the heavens- WHY!!!??? And this does help- momentarily, to get all the banked up adrenalin out of my body so that i can face what must be done with more clarity.
Covid-19 is tiring and admittedly its squashing me from all angles. Ive always said i dont fear the virus- mostly because i have the tools to healthy living thanks to many teachers along the way, but most notably and most presently to

I will rise, and when i do ill be stronger than ever, and for the moment the teacher (whom is always a student too) is reaching out for your support also- in any way you can offer it💜🤍💜 blessings. Together we support and we rise💪👍👍

Here is the link for more info. If youre doing Caffeine while intermittent fasting which has become so popular now, you really need to read how caffeine effects the body. Dont be fooled by thinking caffeine is ok while cleansing. It‘s a hard substance to kick but once you do your healing will go to a whole new level. Of course with everything just believing doesnt bring you far, you need to walk the miles yourself for deep understanding and realisations. But if you are suffering from harsh symptoms why not give it a good go (6months- 01 Year is a good go.... not just a week or two!!)
