It always amazes me how much easier it is to relax, clear your mind, reflect, accept, forgive … meditate when I hike - preferably through the Tyrolean Alps. Drinking the clear water from fountains in big wooden tubs everywhere, gathering mushrooms and berries and then sitting down for a meditation in the afternoon sun getting a better perspective on life and the universe. Nature is just there presenting all its splendor, wisdom and harvest for free and nourishing every cell, every atom of our beings. Isn’t it supposed to be a fair exchange - why do we feel we actually can upset the balance in exploiting and polluting nature? So grateful for those hikes which feel like the base of

It’s all about connection. Yoga means to connect. To take good care of yourself and form lasting friendships or respectful relations within our satsang, our yoga community, is the heart of yoga. Every training, every retreat and every yoga practice rises and falls with the group spirit. We meet strangers at a training, share a room and most often we are blessed with a life time friendship. Just as essential is the teacher student relationship - it’s sacred and such a gift. Most I learn from my students - feeling grateful and humble during my Vienna trip connecting with my students from the former studio

is definitely one of my most favorite spots in the world. I grew up playing tennis there since 3 years old. So love the clay tennis courts in the middle of this vibrating healthy forest on the slopes of mount where I learned to ski and tobogganing. The tennis club used to be on of the most happening tennis clubs having team in all ligas from senior to A to super Liga - last stop before Davis Cup in Austria. It was pumping. I had days where I played 10 hours just floating from court to court, from training to singles to mix doubles. I love Igls, I love tennis, I love yoga - these photos express my love for all 3 - namaste

Im looking for a DOG SITTER or DOG SITTING EXCHANGE or REDUCED CANGGU GUESTHOUSE (1BR) RENTAL FEES in exchange for dog sitting (Shiba is taken care of all day by my staff, so its only feeding in evening and Sundays and letting her sleep on your terrace at night). July 4th til August 31st '25 and other dates in future - I travel a lot - for work and family and rent my houses while I’m away so Shiba needs a home in those times. She is 3 years old, Bali dog-Dachshund-Jack Russel Mix (we think). These are the options 1) She would be staying with you for a fee or 2) for an exchange if you are looking for dog sitting when you are away, I would be happy to take your dog or 3) if you are looking for a rental - I have a magical guesthouse with views for rent for a reduced fee for the times I travel - Please pm thank you 🙏❤️🙏
