We practised to the Bhagavad Gita yesterday and this still echoes in my mind: "It is not those who lack energy or refrain from action, but those who work without expectation of reward who attain the goal of meditation. Reshape yourself through the power fo your will, Arjuna! The will is the only friend of Self and the will is the only enemy of Self! Through constant effort they learn to absorb the mind in Self and attain the state of union. In the still mind, in the depths of meditation, Self reveals itself. It is true, Arjuna, that the mind is restless and difficult to control. But it can be conquered. Through regular practice and detachment."
