Heart-Centered Yin Yoga: Embracing Compassion and Self-Love
In this gentle, heart-centered yin yoga class, we will take a mindful journey inward, nurturing the body’s physical and emotional space of the heart. By focusing on deep, supported stretches and mindful breathing, this practice encourages the release of tension around the chest, shoulders, and upper back, areas often holding stress and emotional weight. Each pose is designed to open up these areas, inviting relaxation, compassion, and gentle energy flow. This class is an opportunity to slow down, connect with your heart, and cultivate self-love and kindness.
Stacey about herself:
With over 17 years of personal practice and 10 years of teaching experience, I am passionate about guiding others on their yoga journey with a focus on connection, compassion, and holistic well-being. My teaching spans diverse styles, including Yin, Hatha, Pre- and Postnatal, Mom and Baby, Yoga for Cancer, Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis, meditation, and journaling.
I’ve had the honor of leading two weekend retreats with over 100 students and am always deepening my practice and expanding my knowledge. Yoga, for me, is more than movement; it is a path to self-discovery, healing, and community. My classes are thoughtfully designed to create space for growth, relaxation, and personal transformation.
