😇 Spa for ALL - The program

The Reborn Spa for the Soul - Spiritual Retreat is a completely new and reworked transformative retreat focused on meditation, breathing techniques, and grounding practices and special teachings for the senior students.

What have we planned for this Special Retreat? There are two options to join:

🔸Option A: Open to All

This is a great possibility for new students or anybody, who is interested in feeling better and would like to reconnect with their true self in their everyday life.

Newcomers will be guided throughout the 3 days of the Retreat in a way that on Sunday they will be able to join and enjoy together with all the participants the final day of the Retreat.

❣️ What is a Retreat and how to be in a Retreat for maximum benefit?
❣️ Learn to bring focus from the outside disorder to the inside order- focus on the inner world
❣️ Knowledge on the body & how its power can be manifested. Learn the powerful techniques of the breath.
❣️ What is meditation and how to meditate?
❣️ What is awareness and how to develop it?
❣️ What is grounding and how to practice it?
❣️ How can one improve life with simple daily practices?
❣️ What is the Soul and how can we connect with the Soul's presence?
❣️ Discover the Energy of the Soul
❣️ Infuse the Body with the Energy of the Soul
