Reiki is a gentle hands-on or hands-off healing system which promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress and alleviates both physical and emotional inblances. Reiki uses the universal life force energy to break up energy blockages within the body, allowing healing energy to flow freely and stimulating the body’s natural ability to heal itself. It brings the body, mind and spirit back into balance. This simple treatment requires the guest to lie fully clothed whilst a sequence of hand positions are applied, focusing on major Chakra points of the body. The treatment is further enhanced placing crystals on the Chakra points, empowering the healing that is taking place. Crystal therapy is the ancient art of “laying of stones” and uses the natural energy of the stones to positively influence the Chakras. Each Chakra resonates a particular colour, so by the laying of a crystal of that colour over the Chakra, the Chakras harmonise and balance the body so that it can self-correct and heal.
