We are almost 6 months into the year 2021 and with the new and lighter Corona restrictions in place now, we used the opportunity for a Team-Brunch today.

It's been a while since we could come together as a team and with record results so far in 2021 we had something to celebrate. So the team came together today and enjoyed a nice little brunch in the sunshine.

Big thank you to Nicole Böhler and Stefan Hagen for organizing the team event.

One last time we are taking a look behind the scenes at AMACO GmbH. Today we would like to introduce Stefan Amann to our community.

Stefan joined the company a year ago and is responsible for Sales and After Sales. "I am really happy with my decision to join AMACO and I like the spirit of the company. As a team, we are constantly looking for improvements."

The latest improvements have been made in the area of customer care. "The team worked on different options how we could improve our after-sales even during the pandemic. In 2021 we implemented our new Remote Customer Support and are now able to perform most of our services without traveling", is Stefan highlighting the latest improvements implemented by AMACO.

And the journey will continue, as the industry and regulatory will be increasingly demanding in the future. But Stefan and the team are looking forward to these challenges: "We will continue developing our products and services to be the best possible solutions provider to our customers."

Another look behind the scenes at AMACO is leading us to Andreas Plankensteiner today. Andreas is with AMACO since 2012 and working as a Sales Engineer. He is supporting our customers in designing and implementing flexible compliant printing solutions to their packaging lines. "We are providing our customers with tailor-made printing solutions to comply with the ever-growing requirements in the industry."

Andi is certainly enjoying the teamwork and complexity of his job, "To be part of a team working on complex printing solution is a daily challenge and very interesting for me personally. Implementing these flexible printing solutions at the customers and their feedback is also very rewarding."

Thank you so much, Andi, for your continuous effort to bring flexible in-line printing to our customers.

Today we are taking another look behind the scenes at AMACO. In the last 12 months during the pandemic, Remote Customer Support has become increasingly important for our customers in the industry.

Remote Customer Expert Marvin Veit has been optimizing the remote service: "We are now using Remote Guidance Software from XMReality AB which allows us to support the customer with technical questions easier and faster than ever before."

Marvin has been with AMACO since 2016 as Field Service and Remote Support Engineer and has clearly enjoyed the development made in the last years. "Our technical customer support has improved tremendously the last four years. I never had such a rewarding job with so much positive customer feedback."

Well done, Marvin. Thanks for helping AMACO to improve and keep up your good work.

Today we are having another look behind the scenes at AMACO GmbH and would like to introduce to you Christoph Lajda

Christoph is the longest-serving team member and with the company since 1998. "I have witnessed an enormous development of AMACO with customers in almost 100 countries on all continents today." is Christoph's reflection on his 23 years. "The biggest challenge over the decades was the technology change to digital printing solutions which are allowing our customers to save costs while making sure that they are compliant."

In his 20+ years at AMACO has seen a lot of transformation and development. But some things never changed: "To my opinion, AMACO provides a unique mix of personal skills, technical knowledge, and dedication to our customers."

Well said, Christoph. Thanks for everything you have done and enjoy the next 20+ years!

The key to AMACO's success are the people who are dedicated to our mission. Today we want to introduce to our community another team member who is working for AMACO GmbH since 2013.

Firat Balkaya is taking care of the Assembly&Repair Center at AMACO responsible for assembling and repairing our printers. "Over the years I could help to improve our printers and internal processes." Firat was mainly focusing on AMACO's ThermalTransfer printer series and improving warehousing. "My biggest project was the implementation of the scanner system in our warehouse. I enjoyed working with the team on this and other projects. I am really looking forward to the next projects and the forthcoming challenges."

Today we would like to introduce to our community our latest team member. Oguzhan Uyanik joined AMACO GmbH a few months ago as Field Service Engineer.

"Thanks to the family-like atmosphere I was well received and able to adapt to my new job straight away." Oguzhan is supporting our word-wide customers in technical questions and is responsible for inspection and maintenance. "AMACO gives me the opportunity to develop myself further as an engineer and as a person. Every day is challenging and with all the different tasks and technologies there is always something new to learn."

What he likes most about his new job? "I like being involved in projects with our international customers all over the world!"
