Weise Worte von einem meiner liebsten, immer herzlichen, Lehrer🙏🏼💙
"Over the past years, I have traveled a great deal as a teacher and speaker. I’ve traveled throughout North America as well as the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. What I see is that people are the same everywhere I go, with very few differences.
There are cultural differences in every country, some admirable and some not so. But wherever I go I find that people are people. They are working too hard and not sleeping well. Many have anxiety about the future. People have had hard childhoods and are now trying to be good parents.
I have found that there are mostly good people everywhere I go. I have been lucky enough to be introduced to different communities during my travels, and I’ve met kind people who are trying to improve their lives inside and out, and who are working to help others find the light within.“
You might think, "Well, where do we go from here?" Have you ever had the feeling or desire that you want to make a difference in this world? That you feel you want to help people, but at the same time, your "inner voice" is holding you back, saying things like: "Ah, there are so many others already out there who are better than me, more experienced, wiser ..." Let me tell you this: I have traveled the world, and people are people. People everywhere are carrying burdens of stress, anxiety, and trauma. The more the years pass by while the world struggles—the more we need teachers of compassion. The more WE NEED YOU.
Breathwork offers a powerful tool to help people release what no longer serves them. Through our breath, we can access our body’s natural healing abilities, release trapped emotions, and restore balance. Teaching breathwork isn’t just about the details of breathing techniques; it’s about holding space for others to heal, grow, reconnect with themselves and live the full spectrum of our being. Experience joy, fulfillment and happiness. And that’s exactly the difference the world needs. We need teachers like you, who can help people find their way back and together heal the broken heart of this world.
