First impressions matter.

All studios I’ve built have had one thing in common. The first impressions is: comforting.

Happy colours, encouraging words, friendly faces, un-intimidating and imperfect spaces.

Cause for many of us, it’s kinda scary to try something new. Leave our comfort zone. Put ourselves out there.

But that’s where growth happens - outside our comfort zone. And I know how validating it is, when we make ourselves vulnerable and are met with kindness and encouragement and the feeling that however we chose to, (or managed to) show up, was perfect.

That’s how we do things here, at .studio. That’s how we do all the things.

“I don’t think I would have had the courage to come here if everything had been fancy and perfect”

was all I needed to hear when I finally opened this studio that, after builder scams, construction fails, court cases, delays, burglaries and months of DIY projects, was so far from perfect.

No need to be perfect here. We‘re not either 🤷‍♀️❤️

Reformer classes, under the trees, on a warm sunny day?

We are launching our folding Reformers this summer (stay tuned for the details coming VERY soon). Foldable, portable and yet stable enough to practice Reformers Pilates all day long. Anywhere. Any time.

Join us at the in Vienna on the last weekend in June, for some outdoor Reformer Pilates fun!

What makes us so different?

- Small group classes with individual attention

- All-levels classes that work for EVERYone. No one gets left behind. Newbie or experienced.

- Teachers that know, and care. Years of training. Years of experience. And so so much passion!

Our Reformer Teacher Training was fully booked before we even announced it. Why? Here are some reasons:

1: Because this is a deep dive, not a crash course. Anatomy, exercise science, repertoire, sequencing, cueing, holding space, teaching the bodies in the room, practical and applied experience… and so much more. That can’t be taught in just a weekend.

2. It’s taught by a superstar team of facilitators. With over 50 years of combined, varied, industry experience: we have a lot of knowledge to share.

3. You‘re becoming a part of Vienna‘s most inclusive and diverse Reformer community - and that’s just beautiful.

Hot Yoga.

Sounds intense? It can be! But it is also incredibly invigorating, restorative, energising and fun!
