Being pregnant is a deep reminder to trust the body 🌱
These months are powerful and tender at the same time.
There is growth, change, strength — and also days that ask for softness.
As a yoga teacher, I experience pregnancy as an ongoing conversation with my body.
Breath becomes an anchor.
Movement becomes intuitive.
Pauses become permission.
Pregnancy yoga isn’t about pushing or striving.
It’s about nurturing.
Listening.
Trusting the process and the incredible intelligence of the body.
To all pregnant women here:
Your pace is perfect.
Rest is productive.
Your body knows how to grow and carry life.
You are supported, capable, and already doing something extraordinary 🤍
