Hi Everyone, after much deliberation I have decided that I am shutting down all my accounts here by the end of the month. If you would like to stay in contact with me you can through email or Signal. It’s been an interesting ride here, but I have had enough. So grateful for you all who have shown me support over the years. Be blessed and safe everyone. About a week and a half ago I guided two Visionboard workshops on the same day. It already seems like it was a month ago. I pulled a oracle card that day, early morning, and it was the albatross. It represents freedom, boundless, and self-reflection. Everything we need to explore our visions and dreams for the future. The albatross reminds us that life is a journey to the self. We just need to open our wings. We need to give ourselves space to explore our lives.

As we do that we might need to remember that good things take time. Trusting the Universe isn’t easy especially if we feel impatient for our dreams and visions to manifest. The thing is that trust activates creativity. Rushing in and trying to manifest things doesn’t serve our life path. Trusting, accepting things the way they are and cultivating gratitude is a more natural flow.

The law of detachment says that in order to acquire anything you have to relinquish your attachment to it. That doesn’t mean we have to let go of our intention to create what we desire. We just let go of our attachment to it.

Deepak Chopra says, “Detachment is based on the unquestioning belief in the power of your true Self.”

This gives us the courage to step into the unknown which provides us the the freedom and space we need to create, dream and manifest our visions. It’s stepping into the diversity of all possibilities.

It’s been a learning curve for me when it comes to money. Last year I learned the hard way that I have a lot of work to do when it comes to building a stable financial foundation. I had to learn that if I didn’t start taking the lead with my finances I would continue to go in circles. I started changing things with my money habits and healing some trauma around money. This year I am determined to continue to build on that foundation.

I believe that there can be fun in seasons of our healing journey! I know that we all can be reluctant to fully dive into responsible habits that would improve our lifestyle — we don’t always have go at it alone so why not consider recruiting some friends or family to make it a lighter process? Anything that strengthens the positivity in our bonds with others can be healing. Laughter is definitely the best medicine! I felt that today when I attended the Money & Mimosas workshop organized by where I met Sophie .feminist I am ready to roll up my sleeves with her and see what happens next❣️❤️‍🔥 Here’s to growing more in love with myself and my life. 🙏🏼✨💛

I had the honour and privilege to share my mental health journey in an interview with Bold Journey magazine.

As a mental health advocate and trauma recovery coach I believe that it’s important to de-stigmatise societal issues around mental health. I’ve chosen to share my own story to raise awareness about why mental health matters.

I’m well aware that exposure will open me up to judgement and criticism, but I’m prepared for this step and I stand in conviction that sharing my story is medicine for a world that needs healing and mindful compassion, understanding and open communication for all to stand in their power…what I like to call our deep wild nature…our sovereignty.

Día de los Mu***os is part of my heritage and lineage and the color that flows into both life and death is in my blood. I pray for my ancestors and thank them for all they went through and all they still go through to heal and honor the sacred connection of all my relations. I pray that they will feel an eternity of peace that manifests into descendants yet to come in a new world of wholeness and sovereignty. May my existence bring healing and joy to their hearts. ♥️ I welcome all my well ancestors to my life and home in good faith that we give thanks for the abundance Spirit has brought in the duality of both life and death and in-between spaces.
