Think about this a second:
Discipline often feels lonely. It means saying no when everyone else says yes. It means early mornings, skipped shortcuts, and hard choices that don't always make sense to others at least not right away.
But discipline is the bridge between goals and results. Between the life we have and the life we want. Whether it's choosing to move your body every day, changing what’s on your plate, or breaking habits that no longer serve you—discipline is the quiet act of self-respect.
This isn’t about judgment. It’s about the power of choosing a different path one that might not be popular at first, but leads to growth, energy, confidence, and longevity.
For me - Hmm.. not so long ago I sort of looked like those guys sitting on the bench in the photo. I needed to STOP smoking and lose weight. No easy task. And yes, I needed to stop drinking that "last bier" in the evening. Life changes and you can change with it - a choice of lifestyle.
I made the change. I lost 40kgs and stopped smoking - At the same time. And yes no easy task. And along the way - Yes the bier drinking stopped as well. I traded that all in for a healthier lifestyle and fitness
So...
To everyone who's doing the hard work when no one’s watching: keep going. The results will come, and when they do, the world will finally understand what looked “crazy” at first.
