Ignite your light what does this mean?

It means keeping your inner spark, glowing, moving growing, unfolding. When you seek a teacher, a guru or any guidance - you are actually looking for someone who will mirror you, so you can remember your own inner teacher, your own light.

My light is my sadhana, my spiritual practice. Since 20 years I am communing with my spirit every day. It’s my anchor when I’m being splashed by the waves and lost in the deep blue sea of life. When I am beaten and broken and left with nothing.. when the only thing I can do is to close my eyes and go within - there in the darkens I find it: my breath, my life, the essence of All That Is. It flows in me m it flows in you and every being.

Remember that you only need to remember :) it’s all within. Since thousands of years there is the light of knowledge passed by from teacher to teacher. Pure knowledge. Untouched and unbounded by time. This knowledge belongs not only to the stars but to you and me.

Come sit with us. Let’s find our sparks and tend it with love an devotion. Once you find it, you will never be lost again.
