„Ich brauche einen Rückzug. Ich muss mich endlich um mich selbst kümmern, weil ich sonst nur noch für andere arbeite“, sagte meine Physiotherapeutin.

Ich kann das so gut nachvollziehen und habe ihr sofort den besten und heilsamsten Rückzugsort empfohlen, den ich kenne.

An all die Menschen da draußen, die sich ausgelaugt, erschöpft und frustriert von ihren „Helferjobs“ fühlen: BITTE KÜMMERT EUCH AUCH UM SICH SELBST!

Oder wenn Eure Gesundheit ernsthaft beeinträchtigt ist.

Wartet nicht darauf, dass Dir jemand die Erlaubnis gibt, sich eine Auszeit zu nehmen, oder dass der magische Moment kommt, in dem es einfach ist, Dein „normales Leben“ zu verlassen und Dich für eine Weile zurückzuziehen.

Es ist wichtig, Dich sich selbst zur Priorität zu machen und dies auch durchzuziehen.

PRANAYAMA 1 (Sanskrit name)
Also called EQUAL or YOGIC breathing
Breathing technique to control bio-energy (Prana)

Pranayama 1 is excellent to train all the muscle sets involved in breathing. You will gradually gain more control with practice.

Pranayama 1 increases the oxygen in your blood and with that in every single cell of your body, which makes it a great technique to purify and rejuvenate.

Practice Pranayama only in clean, well-aired spaces, without pollutants like pollen, dust, or similar.

Only 5 min of practice every day will lead to significant improvement of wellbeing, as well as increase of energy levels.

Increase your Pranayama practice if you feel like it. You can practice Pranayama 1 every day and anytime you would like to nourish yourself through full, equal rounds of breathing.

PRACTICE:
- Sit comfortably with your back straight, and inhale deeply through your nose for a count of three or four.
- Then, exhale through your nose for the same count of three or four.
- When you inhale imagine that air flows into your body so that you are filled like a pot.... from bottom to top.... first the belly then the chest expands.
- When you exhale, imagine the air leaving your body the other way round ... from top to bottom ..... first the chest then the belly sinks in until all the air is out.
- Repeat for two to three rounds or as long as you are comfortably without any pressure building up in your lungs or any strain.

This Pranayama will help you breathe fully throughout your day, and will help you to feel more energetic. Avoid it before bedtime if you are a light sleeper.

Meine persönliche Transformation durch Yoga startete nach einem Autounfall.

Ich entdeckte, was mir wirklich wichtig war im Leben und authentisches Yoga, wie ich es an der Wise Living Yoga Academy gelernt habe, gab mir die Werkzeuge und die Kraft, um diesen Dingen, die mich erfüllen und auch andere glücklich machen, nachzugehen.

Finde heraus, wie Yoga dein Leben für immer verändern kann und dir Kraft geben kann, die Dinge anzugehen, die schon viel zu lange auf deiner persönlichen Wunschliste warten.

Im Juni gibt es 3 Transformations-Workshops mit Jeenal Mehta , Direktorin der Wise Living Yoga Academy und Bewahrerin des authentischen Yogas aus Indien. Sie kommt nach Wien, um den Schatz des "inneren Wohlstandes"mit uns zu teilen.

🕉️ 1. YOGA WORKSHOP AM 21.6.2024, 17-20 UHR
Am 10. Internationalen Tag des Yoga lernen wir über die Kraft von Yoga, Harmonie und inneren Frieden zu bringen. Durch Meditation, Atmung und Mentaltraining wirst du in positive mentale Veränderungen geführt, die dich dein Leben lang unterstützen werden.
Die Reise ins Innere bringt Schönes im Äußeren!

Lerne Ayurveda Ernährung, die Schwester von Yoga kennen und verstehen.
In diesem Ganztagesworkshop lernst du, wie du dich durch Yoga Übungen und Ayurveda Wissen langfristig und ganz natürlich gesund erhältst. Durch einen Tag im Zeichen von Yoga und Ayurveda, bringst du Körper, Geist und Seele wieder in Einklang.
Du lernst ayurvedisches Superfood zu kochen, deinen Tag nach Yoga und Ayurveda zu gestalten und wie du dein Nervensystem beruhigen kannst.

Sei dabei bei und erlebe Yoga nach der Tradition des weltweit ältesten Yogainstituts.

Diese Workshops können Leben transformieren, so wie es bereits bei tausenden Studenten von Jeenal Mehta auf der ganzen Welt passiert ist.

IN 2024 BE LIKE THE BISON

One of the most fascinating characteristics of bison is how they behave when a storm is coming. They take it right on!

No procrastination, no doubt, no avoidance.

That's a very powerful symbol of endurance, trust and persistence that I want to remember throughout my coming year.

Persistently and gracefully moving through challenges in life.

Challenges in life are tough. People or situations will arise in the coming year that will confront us with resistance.

My strategy in 2024: I will try to drop my resistance to the storms in life.

I am going to let go of the fear of change.

Wholeheartedly stepping into TRUST!!

Literally STEPPING !! Since I took my first walk outside without wheelchair today !!

I wish you all the strength, the braveness and confidence of a bison!

Let them be a role model for how to handle storms in life.
