The Vienna Medical Academy of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (VMA) is one of Austria's leading conference and association management institutions in the health care field, providing leadership, guidance, headquarter facilities and staff to more than 45 medical associations and more than 30 conferences and meetings per year. The VMA was founded in 1924 and is a non-profit organisation. Its board consists exclusively of faculty members of the Medical University of Vienna. This institution has always been and is still dedicated to serve the needs of the medical non-profit sector with regards to conference and association management. Over the past 50 years, we have provided professional services to more than 1.000 national and international conferences.
