In this new series inspired by the study "Office Analytics" we will introduce you to the different types of workers here at Brains and Bodies. The first installment portrays the "silent worker". Slide to see if you can relate! :)
"The “Silent Worker” work type spends his/her working day exclusively in the office. There are very few business trips and work is rarely performed outside of the company. The Silent Workers workflow is primarily characterised by a high percentage of silent, individual work (67 %). Coordination with colleagues occurs only sporadically, and meetings and group work play a subordinate role. The Silent Worker largely performs their activities over longer phases with a high level of concentration, independently at his/her workstation."
