In this new series inspired by the study "Office Analytics" we will introduce you to the different types of workers here at Brains and Bodies. The first installment portrays the "silent worker". Slide to see if you can relate! :)

"The “Silent Worker” work type spends his/her working day exclusively in the office. There are very few business trips and work is rarely performed outside of the company. The Silent Workers workflow is primarily characterised by a high percentage of silent, individual work (67 %). Coordination with colleagues occurs only sporadically, and meetings and group work play a subordinate role. The Silent Worker largely performs their activities over longer phases with a high level of concentration, independently at his/her workstation."

Für jene, die das charakteristische Röstaroma lieben, ihren Kaffee aber doch gerne etwas milder genießen.

For those, who love that characteristic roast aroma, but like to enjoy their coffee a bit less intense.”

Espresso Macchiato

“Ein Espresso, dessen intensives Aroma mit cremigen Milchschaum verfeinert, jedoch nicht vermischt wird. Der Schaum wird mit einem Teelöffel vorsichtig auf den Espresso gehoben und wirkt als kurzes, aber feines, Vorspiel vor dem köstlichen Geschmack des Kaffees.

(Als pflanzliche Alternative zur Milch bieten wir Hafermilch an! 😊)

An espresso, whose intense aroma is refined with creamy milk foam but not mixed. The foam is carefully placed on the espresso with a teaspoon and acts as a brief but fine prelude to the delightful taste of the coffee.

Flat White/Großer Brauner

“Dieser Kaffee scheint überall ein wenig anders zubereitet zu werden...

Bei uns bekommt man einen doppelten Espresso mit etwa der gleichen Menge Milch, oder aber auch mehr/weniger, je nach Belieben. Im Vergleich zum Cappuccino ist der Milchschaum feinporiger, also weniger schaumig. Da beim Flat White/großen Braunen die doppelte Menge Espresso verwendet wird, ist der Kaffeegeschmack intensiver und das Äußere vergleichsweise etwas dunkler.

This coffee seems to be prepared a little differently everywhere...

Here, you get a double espresso with about the same amount of milk, or more/ less, depending on your preference. Compared to a cappuccino, the milk foam is finer, so it’s less frothy. Since a flat white/großer Brauner uses a double shot of espresso, the coffee flavor is more intense, and the appearance is somewhat darker in comparison.

Am besten mit Süßgebäck, aber auch allein ein Traum. Die Mischung aus der leicht süßen, cremigen Milch und dem intensiven Espresso Shot sorgt für ein ausgewogenes, sanftes Trinkerlebnis. We offer two different coffee flavours!

Illy Classico:

“Ein reiner Arabica Blend der alles kann!

Der weiche Geschmack mit zarten Noten von Karamell, Orangenblüten und Jasmin gefolgt von einem süßen Nachgeschmack ist sowohl im Espresso als auch als Mischgetränk äußerst präsent. Nennenswert ist auch die voluminöse Crema, welche den Kaffee schützt, und den Verlust des Aromas verhindert.

A pure Arabica blend that can do it all!

The smooth taste with delicate notes of caramel, orange blossom, and jasmine, followed by a sweet aftertaste, is highly prominent both as an espresso and in mixed drinks. Also worth mentioning is the rich, voluminous crema, which protects the coffee and prevents the loss of aroma.”

Illy Intenso:

“Für die Kaffe Feinschmecker!

Der Intenso zeichnet sich durch eine kräftige, dunkle, ausgewogene Röstung aus, die intensive Aromen und einen angenehmen, reichen Geschmack bietet. Sowie auch der Classico, handelt es sich hier um einen reinen Arabica Blend, jedoch zeigen sich hier Noten von Kakao und Trockenfrüchten sowie ein vollmundiger Nachgeschmack. Wird am besten als Espresso genossen, für starke, aromatische Kaffeemomente.
