Yoga 108 was born in San Raphael California in 2002 from a couple of friends idea while doing 108 sun salute.It grows from 2 classes a week to 12 , was relocated in New Orleans Louisiana in March 2005 starting with 12 classes a week and was sold in 2010 with 32 classes a week . The founder of yoga 108 , Bruno Teyssandier, was deported at this time and brought the spirit of Yoga 108 based on friendship and community all over with him since , from Calgary to Beijing , from Malmo to Vienna to Paris and now to Dubai. It was never about what was taught at the location , but how it was taught . Yoga 108 will relocate sometime in the near future in the heart of the French south west where his founder was born .

we are amazed by the interest in our Yoga Teacher Training and want to provide you with more details:

who is this training for? for you! no matter if you want to teach or simply to dive deeper into the yoga cosmos.

when will the training take place? We ll start on November 22nd 2024 and finish on June 1st 2025. The sessions will take place on one weekend per month making the training perfectly aligned if you re working during the week.

how and where can I start teaching after completion? You will receive a Yoga-Alliance-Certificate after successfully completing the training. Yoga Alliance is the worldwide leader in yoga teacher certifications and it s certificates are valid worldwide.

who will be the lead trainers? Julie Rakus, Eva-Maria Hinterwirth, Bruno Teyssandier and Knut Rakus have joined forces and their vast experience to provide you with an optimal learning experience. These 4 have more than 80 years of teaching experience together.

will there be an info session where I can ask more questions and get to know the trainers? yes, we offer three info sessions in-studio (+online), you can register for these sessions for free by contacting me or the studio

It’s been some time I opened this group . Hope you are doing well.
Online yoga classes are taking place each day @ Feelgoodstudio Vienna .
We meet today at 10:00 , tomorrow at 7:30 and 10:00 .
My friends and colleagues will teach later today at 15:00, 17:00 and 18:30

If you ever took a class with my teacher Manouso Manos , you know that it made a big impact in your practice , it sure did for me and here I am , 17 years later still studying under such a beautiful man, knowledgeable being and true dedicated student to the art of yoga has he has never stoped to learn since the mid 70th .
Yoga 108 is proud to welcome him in Vienna this September 13-14-15 for his 5th visit .
