A 78-year-old male with a history of sliding gastric hernia and anemia, for which a contrast-enhanced abdominal CT was performed 5 years ago [Fig. 1-3]. The patient now presents to the emergency department with exertional dyspnea and worsening dependent edema over the past week, requiring hospitalization. During hospitalization, laboratory tests reveal elevated hepatic function indices and diffuse abdominal pain in the upper quadrants. Based on these findings, a CECT is scheduled.
