Sacred Return: A Ceremonial Retreat for Connection and Healing in Bali

Saturday 12th to 19th September | 7 nights / 8 days

We warmly invite you to embark on a profound journey of Yoga, Healing, Spiritual and Cultural immersion, in mystical Bali.

This intimate retreat is held off the tourist track in a small village on the west coast called Balian. Balian means “healer’ in Balinese and this describes the natural energy of this powerful place. The energies here will hold you, facilitate you and rejuvenate you at a deep level.

This journey is designed to re-connect you to your spirit, deepen your yoga practice, and initiate you with timeless mystical ceremonies and traditions of Bali.

This is not just a break; it is a sacred passage to transformation—a soulful exploration set in a quiet village untouched by the tourist rush, where the pure essence of Bali lives in its rituals, landscapes, and warm-hearted people.

Here, through ancient Balinese ceremonies, you will find space to release old burdens and welcome new light into your life.

Each ceremony is a powerful invitation to connect deeply with the spirit of this island and your own inner truth.

A Sacred Journey in Sound | TONIGHT 7PM
11 Acacia Pl, Abbotsford 3067
Ticket Link in Bio

According to the ancient sages of India, music was not merely an art but a divine gift, descending like a river of sound from higher realms of consciousness. From the earliest times, the twin streams of Vedic and Gandharva music were nurtured in the quiet hermitages of saints and seers, where melody became meditation and rhythm a pathway to prayer. In those forest sanctuaries, sound itself was worship, and every note carried the fragrance of devotion.

This special performance is dedicated to that timeless lineage, weaving together the depth of Indian classical tradition with the heartfelt simplicity of devotional song. Sarita McHarg from the NAAD Academy of Sound and Music will guide listeners through a luminous selection of Indian bhajans and classical ragas, her sitar singing with strings that shimmer like starlight upon water. She is joined by Saby Bhattacharya on sarod, whose deep, resonant tones unfold like warm earth after rain, and Manmit Singh on tabla, whose rhythms pulse like the living heartbeat of creation.

Reiki Winderland: Reiki Sessions with Chrissi for humans AND dogs!

April Special $90 for 1st 60min session. DM to book.

Reiki is a complementary healing practice that originated in Japan in the early 20th century.

Reiki practitioners channel “universal life energy” through their hands to support a person’s physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Sessions typically involve light touch or hands placed just above the body in a calm and meditative setting.

In healthcare, Reiki is generally understood as a relaxation-based intervention that can influence the body’s stress responses, by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. This “rest and digest” state can lower your heart rate, reduce your blood pressure, and promote deep relaxation.

Reiki may also aid in pain management by decreasing cortisol (stress hormone) levels, thereby reducing chronic inflammation. In addition, the gentle touch in a calming environment may also support mental and emotional wellbeing. People often report feeling calmer, more balanced, and less distressed after sessions.

Breath Medicine with Scott | 18 April | 2-4PM

Breath Medicine weaves together ideas from breathwork, mindfulness, somatic therapy, earth-connection practices and psychedelic therapy.

It is a trauma-informed approach to using the breath to access expanded states of consciousness, and integrate those experiences into meaningful action and lasting change in your life.

In this 2 hour workshop, you will take time to land in the space, receive instruction on the practice and ask questions before embarking on a 70 minute Breath Medicine journey. There will be time to share as a group before we finish for the day.

The practice is supportive of each individual's needs, and empowers participants to tune into their intuition and take the lead in their journeys. Any given session can be quiet, peaceful and regenerative, loud and expressive, anywhere in between.
