β¨ Functional Fitness - Interval Training - with Justin Durocher & Will Moffatt β¨
Bodyweight strength class thatβs fun, energising and effective.
Tuesday's: 6:30am - 7:15am
Thursday's: 7:30am - 8:30am
β¨ Mat Pilates - with Justin Durocher & Will Moffatt β¨
This is a Pilates based class with focus on core, glute and hip work to build a strong, stable base and full-body sequences that get your heart rate up and muscles working from head to toe.
Tuesday's: 12:15pm - 1:00pm
Thursday's: 6:30am - 7:15am and 5:30pm - 6:15pm
β¨ Nourish your Chi in Spring - with Hien β¨
Our usual gentle flow class with Hien will be followed by some helpful information on nourishing and caring for the body in Spring. The class will be followed by a community gathering with chai and a lovely bowl of dhal. Hope to see you there.
