                                            Before you check your phone, check in with your nervous system.
The way you start your morning matters more than you think. 
Most of us wake up and immediately jump into go-mode:
To-do lists, messages, and pressure to perform. But your nervous system hasn’t caught up yet. And when you override its signals, you start your day already disconnected from yourself. 
✨ Try this simple morning check-in instead:
Place one hand on your chest, one on your belly.
Close your eyes. Breathe slowly.
Ask yourself: 
💭 How does my body feel this morning?
💭 Am I calm, tense, activated, numb?
💭 What’s the emotional weather inside me today?
💭 What do I need right now, movement, stillness, water, quiet, reassurance? 
You don’t need to fix or analyse.
Just listen, with presence and compassion. 
🌀 This practice helps your nervous system feel seen and safe, which can reduce reactivity, anxiety, and tension before the day begins.
It’s not about perfection. Even 2-3 minutes of honest connection with your body can shift your entire day.
